My trip to the Dermatologist

I got an appointment for me and the kids to get our moles checked out. Jonathan had several warts on his hands and wanted them removed and Audrey had something on the palm of her hand and needed it checked out, so we all loaded up and went on the 22nd. The main reason for us going was that I had this lump on my head that had started bothering me and wanted it checked out.
So we all get in the room and she starts looking us all over and Jonathan didn't have any suspicious moles, nor did I. She froze his warts and he was done. Then she shaved Audrey's palm where a calous had formed over the top of a wart. Then she froze her wart. The Audrey had a strange looking mole and the doctor decided it needed to be removed and she took it off and stitched it up. After they got done I sent them off to school and then it was my turn to have this lump looked at.
The doctor looked at it and said that it was a cyst and that I could either have it removed or injected with steroids to see if it would shrink. I thought, no way! Just remove the dang thing! So she injected it with something to numb it and then I felt like part of my head was missing. She made an incision and removed this thing from my scalp that looked just like a macadamia nut. It was huge, but yet cool at the same time! She cut it open and it was full of oil. After that, she stitched me up.
When I got home that night I was explaining it to James and he was about to die, in the mean time I had gotten a macadamia nut out of the freezer and was holding it in my hand to show to James the resemblance when Audrey walks in the room, she had this look of horror because she thought that I was holding the cyst. When I got through talking, I just popped the nut in my mouth and Audrey almost fainted. It was hilarious!

I know- GROSS STORY!

Reflections...

As I sit here at work not doing a darned thing I often look at other people's blogs. I even look at people's blogs that I don't even know. They are usually linked to some of my friends and sometimes not. It causes me to see the different ways people view their lives. Some never put pictures, some only use it for a journal and some use this as a way for friends and family to keep in touch with each other. I'm not sure why I do mine, maybe so others can see what all is going on in my life.
I guess that I use my blog as a way for others to see a glimpse into my life. I don't even know if anyone really even looks at my blog, but I hope that you do.

Enough of the deep thoughts- I hope you find my life as insane as I do.

Missed blog updates

I will be updating my blog for some older posts I didn't get around to putting on here. So, if I missed your birthday- never fear- I will get it on here.

UGH! I have Insomnia

A couple of weeks ago I drank a Java Mocha Chiller from Sonic at about 9 pm. I didn't not fall asleep until sometime after 3 am only with the help of Tylenol PM. I thought it was just because I drank that coffee infused milkshake. Apparently not so! The rest of that week I did not sleep much and finally started sleeping again the following Saturday. All has been good until last night. I was so tired all day yesterday and thought I will sleep so good tonight. I went to bed at 9:30 and was just falling asleep when Audrey started hollering about One Tree Hill and startled me, then she came in my bed room twice looking for Rachael's shoes. Well, that woke James up from his 3- Tylenol PM Coma and he stated running in his sleep or wrestling King Kong. All I know is that he was shaking the bed and scarring me in the process. At 12:30 am, I got up and took my pillow to the couch. I finally sometime after 1 am got settled only after I went to pee. I didn't fall completely asleep for a while, then Perrie woke up at his usual 4:30 and let his dog out and he barked non-stop all over the holler chasing something. I was awake at 5:15 when James's alarm went off and I could hear him stirring. At 6 am when I knew he was done in the bedroom, I got up and went to bed. I actually fell right to sleep for all of 30 minutes when my alarm went off. I was not to happy needless to say. By the way, Perrie's dog was still barking...

If you have any cures, please let me know.

~SPRING FEVER~

For the last 2 weekends I have worked my tail off around the house. We cleaned our garage this past weekend and hauled off a huge pile of stuff to the dump. The weekend prior to that we hauled off another big pile from my old building. Then Philip decided he wanted my building and that solved a big problem of how I was going to burn it without burning James building down or mine and Lori's houses in the process.
How in the world do you collect so much junk? Also, the past weeks I have been going through all of our clothes and getting rid of stuff that is to little or we just don't wear anymore and making a yard sale/ good will pile and it has turned into a mountain. I'm thinking it is going to good will...

Needless to say it starting to look a lot better around the Bullard Ranch.

Everyone, please say a prayer.

On 4-9-08, my little nephew/cousin Julian will be getting his tonsils and adnoids out at Children's. He is 4 years old and he calls me Aunt Kelley. I will proudly wear the title of being his Aunt since Virginia doesn't have any siblings. I love this little boy to death. He is so smart and comes up with the funniest things. He told me he likes the way I smell. I asked him what I smelled like and he got this look of pure delight and took a BIG sniff of my chest area and said: You smell like roast beef, fire and fallen leaves.
I guess I must smell dang good then!! OMG, Too funny!!

Happy Birthday Robby Ryans!
